TBR เป็นบริษัทในเครือ บริษัท ไทยเบฟเวอเรจ จำกัด (มหาชน) เริ่มดำเนินการด้านการจัดการบรรจุภัณฑ์หลังการบริโภคเมื่อปี 2547 ในนาม บริษัท บางนาโลจิสติก จำกัด และมีการเปลี่ยนเป็น บริษัท ไทยเบฟเวอเรจ รีไซเคิล จำกัด เมื่อวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2551 เป็นต้นมา

บริษัทฯ มีหน้าที่ในการบริหารจัดการซัพพลายเชนบรรจุภัณฑ์ประเภทขวดแก้ว ที่ใช้ในกระบวนการผลิตของกลุ่มโรงงานในเครือไทยเบฟ และบริหารจัดการบรรจุภัณฑ์หลังการบริโภค ด้านการเก็บกลับ การคัดแยก โดยเฉพาะบรรจุภัณฑ์หลักของกลุ่มประเภทแก้ว กระดาษ กระป๋องอะลูมิเนียม ขวดพลาสติก PET และวัสดุพลอยได้จากกระบวนการคัดแยก

TBR มีพื้นที่เพื่อรวบรวมและคัดแยก ทั่วประเทศกว่า 45 แห่ง (สำนักงาน 31 สาขา และโกดัง 14 แห่ง) โดยจากทั้งหมด มีสาขาที่บริหารจัดการขวดแก้วรียูส 18 แห่ง สาขาที่มีกระบวนการแปรรูปเศษแก้ว 5 แห่ง

TBR, a subsidiary of Thai Beverage Public Co., Ltd, started managing post-consumption packaging in 2004. The former name of the company was Bangna Logistics Co., Ltd., and changed to Thai Beverage Recycle Co., Ltd. on October 1, 2008. TBR is responsible for managing the supply chain of glass bottle packaging used in the production process of the ThaiBev Group's factories, retrieving and sorting post-consumption packaging, especially the main packaging of glass bottles, paper, aluminum cans, PET plastic bottles, and by-products from the sorting process.

TBR has 45 locations across Thailand for collecting and sorting post-consumption packaging (31 offices and 14 warehouses). There are 18 branches that manage reused glass bottles, and 5 branches with waste glass processing plants.
